Eywa was born from a simple belief: that a home should be more than just a structure. It should have character, soul, and a story. This is our story—a journey of craftsmanship, passion, and the pursuit of a more intentional way of living.
A foundation in craft.
The story of Eywa begins with a love for working with the hands—a deep satisfaction that comes from creating something beautiful in architecture. Inspiration has always been drawn from old-world buildings, a time when buildings were made with intention and creativity, where beauty was the goal, not cutting costs or cheap materials.
The journey began in 2017, laying a strong foundation in timber and construction alongside a builder of residential homes. Soon after, that path led to full home renovations, a space where creative ideas could be brought to life.
Finding freedom in tiny spaces.
That path eventually led to tiny homes, and it was here a true passion was found.
Working within the limitations of traditional planning codes and building regulations often meant compromising on creativity, But the tiny home space was something different entirely.
It was a place of freedom—unrestricted and inspired—a space to explore bold ideas and build in a way that truly reflects beauty and individuality.
